College of Education and Behavioral Sciences
Established in 2021, the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences at Injibara University is dedicated to advancing educational practices through its six departments: Educational Planning and Management, Psychology, Early Childhood and Care Education, Special Needs and Inclusive Education, LifeLong Learning and Community Development, and Teacher Education and Curriculum Studies. The college currently offers six undergraduate programs and five postgraduate programs, including MA degrees in Educational Planning and Management, Developmental Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Special Needs and Inclusive Education, and Curriculum and Instruction. Besides, the college has launched one PhD degree program in Developmental Psychology.

Our Faculty and Students
The College of Education and Behavioral Sciences boasts a diverse and accomplished faculty, encompassing 44 academic staff members, including 4 associate professor and 10 assistant professors. Currently, over 560 undergraduate and 13 postgraduate students are enrolled, creating a vibrant academic community.

The college is committed to producing graduates who possess the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for success in their fields. Our faculty plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning by equipping university instructors with effective teaching methods, assessment techniques, classroom management strategies, and action research skills through induction and higher diploma programs.
